Vincent Liao has garnered many years of extensive exposure in business marketing and consulting industry both locally and abroad where he also spent many years exploring Europe on business potentials. His accomplishments to-date include successfully increasing revenue income for many of the multi-national companies that he was involved with in the past years, one of which was his ability to successfully spearheaded the overseas operations in the then new emergent and sprouting market - China.

Among other accolades, other than heading the business development programmes of McMillan Woods Global in both local market and China, Vincent unselfishly spends much of this spare time in many charitable organisations and also assists in the many Corporate Social Responsibility projects.

Ms Bai Shao-hua

Ms Bai Shao-hua is a qualified Registered Accountant & Financial Consultant in the People Republic of China and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate with the national institute of China. She has many years of experience in the accounting profession and has also been very involved in the legal aspect relating to accounting issues. She is a member of the Beijing Accounting CPA firm and an Executive Member of the Coal Association, China.

The industry expertise covers legal, consultancy relating to both accounting and legal aspects, business associations, taxation issues and its legislative changes, manufacturing, retailers, investments and related professional practices.

Ms Grace Wang

Ms Grace Wang is a qualified Registered Accountant and a member of the national institute of China. She also holds a Master Degree in the field of accounting and has spent many years in the accounting profession specialising in accounting evaluation, due diligence exercises and business negotiation arrangements. She is a member of the Beijing Accounting CPA firm and is a registered consultant for Initial Public Offering (IPO) exercises for listing entities in China.

The industry expertise covers primarily in business consultancy relating to M&A accounting and legal aspects, business purchase and negotiation arrangements, IPO exercises and its legislative changes and related professional practices.
