Mr. C.S. Suresh
Executive Director C S Suresh joined NCRCL as a senior
consultant in 2005. He has worked with multinational companies in India and
overseas. He has guided and led the team of NCRCL in many of its key
assignments. Suresh has vast experience in industrial and
corporate audit and control systems. He has rich experience in streamlining
systems and procedures in various organisations and setting up of internal
systems both from finance and control aspects. He has coordinated for
implementation of reforms, design of software and MIS and manuals for government
agencies and corporate clients. Suresh has handled many of
NCRCL's key assignments like preparation of Internal Audit Manual for ETA Group
of Companies, design and implementation of costing system for Avasarala,
preparation of handbook on Financial & Administrative Rules for TamilNadu Pudhu
Vazhvu Society, preparation of Municipal Budget and Accounting Manual for TNUDP,
ETA Techno Park Project Report. He has designed job descriptions, incentive and
appraisal systems for Star Cement, Dubai. Suresh holds a B Com
degree from Madras University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India (FCA), CWA & Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of

Dr. R. S. Murali
PhD, B.Sc., M.Sc., FCA, AICWA, ACS, CMC
Dr. R.S. Murali is the Managing Director and a senior management consultant with
over 25 years of consulting experience. He has worked extensively on projects
associated with the UNDP, World Bank, ADB and USAID. He is a qualified Chartered
Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. He is also certified in CRISC
and CISA.
He has several years of consulting in fields related to
dairying, animal husbandry, feed and fodder, Market analysis, working of the
farmer cooperatives, extension and related areas. He has been involved in the
dairying and animal husbandry projects in the states of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh,
Orissa, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh. These studies include policy studies, sociology
economic surveys, field studies, costing studies, financial analysis,
information technology and MIS aspects. He has led a team of national and
international experts and has also published a few papers in matters relating to
dairying and animal husbandry. He served as advisor to the Government of Kerala
and has served in several Committees at government level. He has been a resource
person for Reforms Commission, Government of India. He has been co-opted in the
Committee on Accounting Standards for Local Bodies of ICAI.
He has articulated, designed and implemented projects in many
fields like finance and accounting, internal audit for Government Organisations,
policy studies, process reengineering, Management Information System for
Governance, e-Governance and public financial accountability.
He has executed projects for a wide range of clients in the
Central/ State/ Local Government, Education, Insurance, Corporate and NGO
sector. He has a distinguished track record of service to many leading clients
like the Government of India, six State Governments, City Corporations of
Bangalore, Tumkur, Jabalpur, ETA Ascon Group of Companies, Jain Group of
Institutions, Bangalore University, IIT Chennai, Janaagraha Centre for
Citizenship & Democracy. He is an active participant in all India efforts on
Municipal reforms.
Murali has conducted a number of studies and has done
research on various areas including Market & Statistical surveys, case studies,
planned strategies for many Government organisations and Companies in India and
abroad. His thesis for the Doctorate in Economics was on "Analysis of the demand
side of accountability in the urban sector - a study of Chennai city".
