Mr. Juancho S. Ong
Partner of the firm Juancho has over ten years of professional
experience in public and private practice and carries with him an extensive
exposure in the field of general accounting, external and internal auditing of
multinational and local companies in the Philippines. He has handled several tax
due diligence audit exercises in relation to merger and acquisition, tax
compliance audit, request for tax rulings, amendments of articles of
incorporations and bylaws, assistance to clients on tax assessments, expatriate
services, and corporate formation, reorganisation and dissolution of
multinational and local companies during his stint in one of the Big Four
accounting firms in the country.
He is a degree holder of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of
Science in Accountancy with a distinction of cum laude. He also finished diploma
course in International Financial Reporting Standards in November 2011. He is
also an author of a tax book and is currently a part-time lecturer of accounting
subjects in De La Salle University - Manila. He is an
accredited external auditor by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC), Board of Accountancy (BOA) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). He
is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA),
Association of Certified Public Accountants in Education (ACPAE), Tax Management
Association of the Philippines (TMAP), Association of Certified Public
Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP) and Rotary Club International – Makati
Legaspi District. |
