A qualified accountant which qualification is from the United Kingdom, Mr. Jayapal is also an educationist in various institutions and is still very involved in the development of the accounting and academic profession. He has assisted in many publications on technical issues mainly in audit assurance compliance and management control to include tax subject and tax investigation issues. He also lectures extensively and conducts professional seminars in various technical areas to include accounting, audit assurance and taxation standards.

The industry expertise covers business and academic associations, listing exercises in overseas countries, tax legislative changes, manufacturing, retailers, investments, government audit and professional practices.

Mr. Steven Yit

Graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy, Merit from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) of Singapore in 1994. Steven joined Ernst & Young Singapore as an Auditor and participated in numerous forensic audits for many years and was also an advisor to 2MS Consultancy Private Ltd and subsequently elevated to a senior managing consultant to FTI Consulting, which company is based in Singapore.

Steven Yit is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, an approved company auditor and a liquidator. He specialises in a full range of professional services ranging from computerised and forensic audit to liquidation and Due Diligence exercises to include acting as liquidator for the Creditors' Winding up for numerous companies. Recently, he was appointed as a Liquidator for a SGX listed S Chip Company.

Celia Liu has obtained a master degree in Finance & Management from the University of Exeter (UK) in 2006 and a Bachelor Degree in Finance & Banking from the Assumption University of Thailand. She has many years of working experience in external audit assurance in various industries and currently, leads the Corporate Advisory department in Due Diligence and Mergers & Acquisition exercises in China, Thailand and Singapore. She also carries out Companies valuation and Corporate Funding exercises on numerous occasions.

Celia Liu is also a Certified Consultant cum Trainer in accounting software such as MYOB, Quickbooks Online & Kingdee KIS to include managing the accounting outsourcing services.
