Mr. Natthapol Musikaparn

Before joining McMillan Woods (Thailand) Ltd., Mr. Natthapol Musikaparn was attached with BDO International and RSM Nelson Wheeler, Thailand. He was involved in numerous statutory compliance audits of both listed and non-listed companies.

Natthapol has been involved as a team leader for various professional audit assignments in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction, hospitality services and real estate. He has worked for both local and international auditing firms. He also provides a wide range of consultancy services with respect to taxation and management accounting as well as the establishment of accounting systems and internal control compliance to a number of corporate clients. Natthapol has been engaged in several tax review assignments for local and international corporations. He has vast experience in dealing with Revenue Department officials which has enabled him to assist in a number of clients to finalise tax investigation cases in a pro-active manner.

He is a Certified Public Accountant of Thailand and is also a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions.

Mr. Poomsanti Wairith

Before joining McMillan Woods (Thailand) Ltd., Mr. Poomsanti Wairith was engaged with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Thailand. He has vast experience in both audit and advisory services division, mainly responsible for financial audit and tax advisory services. His experience includes manufacturing, construction and financial services.

Poomsanti has been working for both local and international auditing firms; He has also undertaken a number of special audit assignments in relation to internal audit reviews of accounting records and restatement of accounts in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.

He is a Certified Public Accountant of Thailand and is also a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions.

Miss Suvajee Panyasutawet

Before joining McMillan Woods (Thailand) Ltd., Miss Suvajee Panyasutawet was attached with Baker Tilly, Thailand. She was involved in many statutory compliance audits of both listed and non-listed companies.

Suvajee has vast experience in statutory audit for a variety of international and local firms. She has extensive experience of statutory audit of IFRS financial statements. Although she has a particularly extensive level of experience in the property development and real estate industry, she has also gained substantial knowledge in a range of other industries including services, manufacturing, construction and real estate.

She is a Certified Public Accountant of Thailand and is also a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions.
