Dr Ronnie Silva is the Managing Partner of McMillan Woods of United Kingdom.

Ronnie has undertaken various International Audit and Tax work, company mergers, fund raising, assisting clients with their listings, international business planning and Restructuring, Due Diligence work for takeovers, undertaking compliance work for FSA, complying with Gabriel filings, providing and restructuring Trust services and Directorship to various companies in the UK.

Prior to joining McMillan Woods, Ronnie was the Managing Partner of Ashfields - Chartered Certified Accountants, Senior Partner in charge of Corporate Finance at Shaw Walker & Co - Chartered Certified Accountants, Partner at Leigh Carr - Chartered Accountants and with KPMG Peat Marwick for almost 18 years having worked in South Korea, Singapore, Canada, India, Pakistan, Malaysia and England.

Ronnie currently holds professional qualifications as Fellow of Association of International Accountants and Registered Auditors of UK, Associate member of Cost and Executive Accountants of Canada, Associate member of International Financial Accountants of UK, Member of Financial Services Authority of UK, approved Money Laundering Officer by HMRC of UK and Immigration Advisory License from OISC (Office of Immigration Services Commissioner).

Ronnie has PhD in Accounting and MBA in Business Administration.

Christopher Thomson

Christopher Thomson is a Partner of McMillan Woods - United Kingdom

Chris has a strong background in business turnaround, brand repositioning and sales and profit growth. Current Founder of PPInvestco - a life settlement marketing business and also has special interest in a digital screen media business.

Previously (1998-2002), Chris was the CEO of Philip Auction Group Limited - the world's third largest auction house, founded in 1796, with extensive UK and international presence. It was subsequently sold to LVMH Group where he was retained as a consultant until 2005.

Formerly, he was also the Finance director and later CEO of Austin Reed Group Plc - one of Britain's best known quality clothing retailers founded in 1900, and managed by three succeeding generations of the Reed family.

Chris is a law graduate and a KPMG trained qualified chartered accountant from Scotland.

Edward Dean Butler

Edward Dean Butler is Managing Director of Corporate Finance of McMillan Woods - United Kingdom

Prior to the above, Dean was Managing Director of Corporate Finance of Ashfields-Chartered Certified Accountants and Registered Auditors. Dean founded Vision Express Group (1988-1997) and sold Vision Express Group to Grand Vision of France which is now part of Pearle Europe.

Formerly, Dean was the Founder and Chairman of Lens Crafter from 1983 to 1987 where this company was sold to US Shoe Corporation, Director of 1800 Contacts Inc (public company) from 1997 to 2007, Various Marketing and Management position with Proctor & Gamble Inc from 1969 to 1983.

Dean obtained MBA (1969) in International Marketing, Michigan State University; Master of Science in Theoretical Chemistry (1968), Michigan State University. Harvard University special course in marketing for company chairmen (1986).
