Managing Legal Advisor
David Miyoshi is a Managing Legal Advisor, specializing in
international legal and financial transactions including mergers & acquisitions
(M&A), offshore tax planning and trusts and estate planning. He received his
Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California and
also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California and a Master of
Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University as well as a certificate
of completion for post graduate work from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.
He was nominated as International Man of the Year in
1995 by the International Biographical Centre of Cambridge, England which award
was in recognition for his outstanding work in the field of international
business, finance and law. This prestigious award was issued by way of a
proclamation and was awarded to only a handful of outstanding illustrious
individuals.
His professional legal expertise covers, financial
consulting, business franchising, banking, real estate, securities transactions,
estate planning and international business transactions involving overseas
countries including Asia and the Middle East.
