The prominent clients are ranging from Banks audit to Autonomous Bodies like BPDB, DESA, REB, BIWTC, Petro Bangla, BSB, BSRS, RAJUK and LGD Projects etc., and also a good number of reputed private organizations including banking and non-banking financial institutions and diversified industrial segments.

Prior to joining as Senior Partner in 2005, worked for Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, DESA, KAFCO and another CA Firm, that facilitated in gathering experience in corporate financial management, auditing and social accountability dimension in Bangladesh.

Hasan & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bangladesh as Senior Partner in early 2010, acquired commanding skills and professional skepticism in state-owned enterprises financial management and competitive budgetary control measures in achieving business sustainability.
Prior to joining in profession, worked uninterrupted for nearly 26 years with the Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation in various senior positions of large industrial complexes including the post of the Managing Director of a number of SOEs. During long service career, opportunities were extended to develop skills in dealing with diverse human behavior and emotional intelligence.
Md. Amirul Islam

Hasan & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bangladesh, started practice from June 2013, acquired commanding skill and professional skepticism in State-owned Development Financial Institutions encompassing financial management, budgeting, internal controls and overall management.
Mr. Islam obtained his Honours and Master Degree in Management from Dhaka University. Prior to Joining as Senior Partner served in Bangladesh Development Bank Ltd (BDBL) and Bangladesh Shilpa Rin Sangstha (BSRS) from 1983 to 2013 (30 years) which Included discharging responsibilities as General Manager and Senior Consultant from 1999 to 2013.
He acted as Managing Director (current charge) of BSRS for several times. Participated in training course on Advanced Corporate Banking (Finance) held in Karachi, Pakistan conducted by ADFIMI in 2003. Carried out observation study into the operational, administrative and financial aspects of 5 (five) Banks and DFLs in Malaysia in 1992.
The assignments imparted to acquire wisdom and excellence in commanding to the critical issues in financial management, banking operation, capital market operations, business decisions, project profile evaluations, internal control and compliances, auditing and HR practices.
He has long experiences as director of a number of listed and non-listed companies since 1986 which included Independent Director and Chairman of Board Audit Committee of NCC Bank Ltd from 2013 to 2019. Mr. Islam has 25 years teaching experiences as Senior Faculty Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Bangladesh.

(ii) Financial Management Consultant World Bank Office, Dhaka, 10 years (iii) International Consultant and Advisor to the Central Bank of Afghanistan in 2011 ((iv) Fraud Specialist (forensic audit on project implementation) – CORDAID Funded Project in Bangladesh, the Hague, The Netherlands in 2008 (v) COSO-Tester – under Sarbanes Oxley Act, 2002 USA, Certified by KPMG, USA in 2005 (vii) Advisor to the audit committee of the Board of Bangladesh Bank from 2015-2017 (vi) Team Leader in the investigations of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society in1977.

(iv) preparing grounds for submission of appeal, attending hearing before the commissioner of taxes and the appellate tribunals, and also assisting in strengthening regulatory framework encompassing company law and income tax compliances.
